We collaborate with partners who share our vision and our standard, including Interior Designers, Structural Engineers, Energy Modeling Consultants, and 3D Rendering studios. We look for partners who push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. These relationships allow us to compliment our internal expertise, ensuring every home is not just built but crafted.

​Yes. We are always looking to expand our network of skilled craftsmen and reliable businesses. We maintain an active tender list for Framers, Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC specialists, Insulators, Drywallers, Painters, Flooring and Tile Installers, Roofing & Exterior contractors, and Finish Carpenters. We value long-term relationships; many of our trades have been with us for over a decade because we provide organized sites, clear scopes of work, and consistent schedules.
