Do I need architectural drawings before contacting you?

No. We are a design-build firm. We can start with a conversation and a napkin sketch, or work with plans you already have. We handle the design, engineering and permitting for you.

What areas of Saskatoon do you serve?

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes. As a professional builder, we stand behind our quality. We provide warranty coverage on all our projects, including 3rd party warranty for custom builds and infills.

How long does a typical custom build or major renovation take?

Every project is unique, but transparency in scheduling is part of our process. A custom infill home typically takes 8 to 12 months from groundbreaking. Throughout the build, clients receive constant updates on progress via their dedicated Project Hub client portal. Once drywall boarding is completed, we lock in a possession date, giving you plenty of time to plan for your move.

How do you handle project budgeting and cost overruns?

We believe in "No Surprises" construction. Because we are a boutique builder, we invest the time during the design phase to establish a fixed price contract for your project. If there are any late changes or adjustments requested during construction, clients sign off on a formal change order before any work proceeds.
