Third Party Brand Identifiers Utilization Policy
This policy outlines the authorized utilization of the Streetscape Developments Inc. name, logo and look by third parties that produce or publish advertising and/or promotional materials that promote a Streetscape product or service.
1. The use of Streetscape’s official colours (Burgundy PMS 484 and Brown PMS 1395) is reserved exclusively for Streetscape Developments, unless these are also the originator’s official colours. The originator shall not use Streetscape’s official colours, or any colours resembling these, in any part of the advertisement or promotional material other than the Streetscape Developments logo. Streetscape may, under special circumstances, authorize the utilization of its colours in a third party’s advertisement or promotional material. This authorization will be agreed in writing and only after approval of a final proof by an officer of Streetscape Developments Inc.
2. The Streetscape “arc”, illustrated in Figure 1, is reserved exclusively for Streetscape Developments’ utilization.

3. The Streetscape slogan, “Simply Thoughtful Homes”, is reserved exclusively for Streetscape Developments’ utilization
4. The Streetscape logo may be utilized by third parties, with the following conditions:
- Authorization of publication or printing is given in writing by Streetscape Developments and only after approval of a final proof by an officer of Streetscape Developments.
- Streetscape may authorize approved advertisements or promotional materials for a maximum utilization period. Any and all changes to the advertisement or promotional material will void such a utilization agreement.
- Reproduction of the Streetscape logo must adhere to Streetscape’s Authorized Logo Reproduction Specifications.
- The Streetscape logo must not be utilized in such a way as to suggest Streetscape Developments Inc. is the originator of the advertisement or promotional material. The following three techniques must be used to ensure this is the case:
- The Streetscape logo must be smaller than originator’s logo. The criteria for this comparison is that the Streetscape logo be scaled such that the height of the letters in “STREETSCAPE” must be shorter than the height of the lower case letters (or capital letters if there are no lower case letters) in the company name that appears in the originator’s logo. If the originator has no logo, the Streetscape logo must be smaller than the largest appearance of the originator’s name.
- The Streetscape logo must appear in the body (middle part) of the advertisement or title page of a promotional piece. It must not appear at the top or at the bottom, as the company whose logo is in either of these locations is usually perceived to be the signatory of the ad. Figure 2 and Figure 3 show the areas (white) where the Streetscape logo may appear.

- When the originator is Streetscape’s Listing Agent, the phrase “Listing Agent for Streetscape” must appear in conjunction with the most prominent appearance of the listing agent’s name, and its text must be as large as the adjoining phone number. See the Listing Agent Ads Do’s and Don’ts for examples.
