Listing Agent Ads Do's and Don'ts

The following two types of commonly produced real estate listing ads are presented to illustrate some of the requirements of Streetscape’s 3rd Party Brand Identifiers Utilization Policy and Authorized Logo Reproduction Specifications:

1. Streetscape Home Alone


1.	Originator’s logo does not appear, and Streetscape logo is larger than originator’s name.
2.	Streetscape logo appears at top of ad.
3.	“Listing Agent for Streetscape” does not appear with most prominent appearance of Listing Agent’s name.


1.	Most prominent appearance of originator’s name is larger than Streetscape logo.
2.	Streetscape logo appears in body of ad.
3.	“Listing Agent for Streetscape” appears with most prominent appearance of Listing Agent’s name.


1.	Originator’s logo is larger than Streetscape logo.
2.	Streetscape logo appears in body of ad.
3.	“Listing Agent for Streetscape” appears with most prominent appearance of Listing Agent’s name.

2. Streetscape Home with another Real Estate Listing


1.	Originator’s logo does not appear, and Streetscape logo is larger than originator’s name.
2.	Streetscape logo appears at top of ad.
3.	“Listing Agent for Streetscape” does not appear with most prominent appearance of Listing Agent’s name.


1.	Originator’s logo is larger than Streetscape logo.
2.	Streetscape logo appears in body of ad.
3.	“Listing Agent for Streetscape” appears with most prominent appearance of Listing Agent’s name.
