Authorized Logo Reproduction Specifications Use this document as an information guide only. This is not reproduction artwork. For reproduction projects, download a Streetscape logo file. The Streetscape Developments Logo The Streetscape logo must appear without alteration, modification, or omission of parts. The logo (Figure 1) includes the word “STREETSCAPE” with the window in place of the “A”, and the bar below it with the words “developments inc”. Any reproduction of the Streetscape logo may not use other fonts, or a different configuration than that shown. A computer file of the Streetscape logo should be used for all reproductions. Such a file may be obtained by downloading a Streetscape logo file.
Clear Space To maintain the integrity of the Streetscape logo, provide sufficient clear space in situations where the logo is used in proximity to another logo, graphic element, text, or any intrusive photographic background element. As shown in Figure 2, the height (X) of the letters in “STREETSCAPE” equals the distance from the logo, on all sides, that defines the clear space that, wherever possible, must be free of all other logos or graphic elements.
Use of the Logo with Text In accordance with the maintenance of clear space around the Streetscape logo, the logo must also not be used within a sentence. However, the word “Streetscape” may be used in a sentence, as long as it is treated visually the same as all other words in the sentence, ie. using the same font and case (Figure 3).
Full Colour Versions
The two PMS spot colours (Figure 4) should be used wherever possible. If it is cost prohibitive to use the spot colours, the red and brown may be carefully built in CMYK using the following formula: Burgundy PMS 484 = C:37/M:80/Y:90/K:0, Brown PMS 1395 = C:39/M:61/Y:100/K:0. The Streetscape logo may appear on a white, light, or neutral background, provided the red and brown sufficiently contrast the background. When used in this manner, the “developments inc” should reproduce in white (Figure 5).
If the Streetscape logo is to be reproduced against a dark background, over a textured background or on a photograph, the logo should appear in a cutout field (Figure 6).
One Colour Versions Burgundy PMS 484 is the preferred colour if only one colour can be used (Figure 7). If Burgundy PMS 484 is not available, use black . If a colour similar to Burgundy PMS 484 is available, still use black (Figure 8).
If a one colour version of the Streetscape logo is to be reproduced against a dark background, or on a dark photo, the logo should appear reversed (Figure 9).
